The invention relates to the technical field of crushing devices, in particular to a hydraulic sand making hopper. The hydraulic sand making hopper comprises a lug plate used for being connected withan excavator forearm, and a machine body connected with the lug plate, a feeding opening is formed in the machine body, a first crushing device is arranged at the lower end of the feeding opening, a second crushing device is arranged at the lower end of the first crushing device, a sieve plate is arranged at the lower end of the second crushing device, a discharging opening is formed in the lowerend of the sieve plate, and the first crushing device and the second crushing device are driven by a hydraulic motor. According to the hydraulic sand making hopper, after the lug plate and the excavator forearm are assembled, two high-pressure pipes, namely an oil inlet pipe and an oil outlet pipe, of an excavator are connected to an oil inlet pipe and an oil outlet pipe of the hydraulic sand making hopper respectively, the excavator is started to conduct normal operation for material feeding, stone is subjected to primary crushing through the jaw crushing action of a movable toothed plate anda fixed toothed plate of the first crushing device, the crushed stone is fed into the second crushing device to be crushed for the second time under driving of the hydraulic motor, the crushed stonefalls to the discharging opening through sieve holes of the sieve plate, and finished gravel is obtained.
本发明涉及破碎装置技术领域，特别涉及一种液压制砂斗。包括用于与挖掘机小臂连接的耳板及与耳板连接的机体，机体上开设有进料口，进料口下端设置有第一破碎装置，第一破碎装置下端设置有第二破碎装置，第二破碎装置下端设置有筛板，筛板下端设置有出料口，第一破碎装置及第二破碎装置均通过液压马达驱动。本发明是通过耳板与挖掘机小臂装配后，在把挖掘机的两根高压进出、油管分别连接在液压制砂斗的进油管和出油管即可，启动挖掘机进行正常操作要料，经过第一破碎装置的动齿板和动齿板做鄂破动作，将石料进行第一道破碎，破碎后的石料送入第二破碎装置，在液压马达的驱动下，进行第二次破碎，破碎后通过筛板的筛孔往出料口掉落，既得成品砂石。
