The double-tank hand washing sink has the advantages that the maximum water level in the drainage state can be adjusted through the vertical position of a pressing plate, solid impurities attached to the filter plugs are blown out through the effect of wind pressure applied by the impeller on the bottoms of the filter plugs in the use process, and the drainage efficiency is improved.
