Fabricated light partition board
The invention discloses a fabricated light partition board, and belongs to the technical field of building components. Inclined meshing type connecting structures are arranged on the edges of the twoends of a wall board, that is, the end side faces of the two ends of a wall are made to be of evenly-distributed tenon-mortise structures with mortise grooves and tenon heads arranged alternately, themortise grooves and the tenon heads are inclined, the groove bottoms of the mortise grooves are wide, groove openings of the mortise grooves are narrow, the tenon faces of the tenon heads are wide, and the tenon bottoms of the tenon heads are narrow. Furthermore, the tenon heads on the two sides of the wall board are directly made to be of clamped structures, clamping parts are arranged, and thewall can be further stably connected. The tenon-mortise structures are combined with the clamping structures, and therefore the light partition board can be assembled quite firmly; especially, no mounting connecting part is arranged in the wall, users do not need to worry about the situation that connecting force of the wall is weakened, the initial segments and the tail segments of the tenon heads are made to be in plane shapes, and weak portions can be effectively prevented from being damaged; and no nut is adopted in the further scheme, a panel is directly connected with a screw on a bottomboard in an inserted manner, and the fabricated light partition board is firm and attractive.
一种装配式轻质隔墙板,属于建筑构件技术领域,所述墙体板的两端边缘上设有倾斜齿合式连接结构,即将墙体的两端的端侧面做成均匀布设的卯槽和榫头相间的榫卯结构,且卯槽和榫头均呈倾斜状,且卯槽的槽底宽,槽口窄,榫头的榫面宽,榫底窄;并进一步将墙体板两侧的榫头直接做成受夹结构并配备夹接件,可以进一步将墙体稳固连接;这种榫卯结构结合夹接结构可以使轻质隔墙板得到非常牢固的装配;特别是墙体内没有安装连接件,无需担心削弱墙体的连接力,将榫头的初始段和末位段做成平面状,可以有效避免薄弱处受到损伤;其进一步的方案不采用螺母,而是直接将面板与底板上的螺杆插接,既牢固又美观。
