The front face of the radiant panel is a radiation surface, the heat source is arranged on the back side of the radiation surface and is in heat conduction connection with the radiation surface, and a heat insulation layer is hermetically arranged on the back side of the heat source. The two sides of the radiant panel are rotationally connected with the two main keels respectively, and the turnover mechanism is in transmission connection with the radiant panel, so that the radiant panel can be driven by the turnover mechanism to turn over by 180 degrees.
