The invention discloses a keel triangular clamping piece convenient to install and position. The keel triangular clamping piece comprises a triangular clamping piece body, wherein the body is composedof a rectangular main piece and a fan-shaped branch piece at the lower end of the main piece; and a triangular clamping groove is formed in the lower end of the branch piece. The keel triangular clamping piece is characterized in that an L-shaped elastic clamping piece is formed at the upper end of the main piece; a V-shaped elastic pressing piece bent towards the side close to the main piece isformed on the lower side edge of the elastic clamping piece; the elastic clamping piece is composed of a horizontal part and a vertical part; a rectangular cutting groove is formed in the vertical part of the elastic clamping piece; a horizontal limiting piece is formed on the lower bottom face of the cutting groove in a bent mode; the limiting piece is positioned between the main piece and the vertical part of the elastic clamping piece; a horizontal bolt is inserted into the cutting groove, in the upper side of the limiting piece, of the elastic clamping piece; the tail end of the bolt penetrates through the main piece to be connected to a nut in a screwed mode; and the nut is welded and fixed to the main piece.
