The invention relates to the technical field of building decorative plate preparation, and discloses a process for preparing a face-brick-imitated decorative plate. The process for preparing the face-brick-imitated decorative plate comprises the following steps: 1, processing a counter bore in a decorative substrate, conducting sanding and dedusting on the back of the decorative substrate, and then coating the decorative substrate with a sealing internal coating; 2, fixing an adaptor with the counter bore, and filling the counter bore with putty; 3, spray-coating the front surface of the decorative substrate with a brick joint color primer, conducting drying after spray-coating to form a brick joint color primer layer, filling a strip-shaped brick shaping template with a cement-based pigment, and conducting drying to form a cement-based color layer; 4, filling a brick joint repairing template with coloring paint, conducting scraping by a scraper, removing the brick joint repairing template, and drying the coloring paint to form a coloring paint layer; and 5, scraping redundant slurry in brick joints away by using a brick joint scraper, spraying finishing paint on the surface of thecoloring paint layer on the front surface of the decorative substrate and the surfaces of the brick joints, and conducting drying to obtain the face-brick-imitated decorative plate. The process has the advantages that the decorative effect is good, the outer surface is not easy to crack and the service life is long.
本发明涉及建筑饰板制备技术领域，公开了一种仿面砖装饰板制备工艺，包括以下步骤：a、在装饰基板上加工沉孔，装饰基板的背面进行砂光、除尘后涂上密封内涂层；b、将转接件与沉孔固定，沉孔处填充腻子；c、在装饰基板的正面喷涂砖缝色底漆，喷涂后烘干形成砖缝色底漆层，在条砖定形模板内填充水泥基色料，干燥后形成水泥基色层；d、在砖缝修复模板内填充着色涂料后通过刮刀批刮，取下砖缝修复模板，着色涂料干燥后形成着色涂料层；e、通过砖缝刮刀刮除砖缝内多余的浆料，在装饰基板正面的着色涂料层表面、砖缝的表面喷涂罩光漆，烘干后制得仿面砖装饰板。本发明具有装饰效果好、外表面不易开裂、使用寿命长的有益效果。
