The invention discloses a floor laying method, and relates to the technical field of floor laying. The method comprises the steps of: S1: cleaning a substrate; S2: processing and leveling the substrate; S3: snapping lines on a floor, and positioning; S4: paving a cement mortar combined layer; S5: pulling control lines; S6: laying; and S7: cleaning and crack pouring. In the laying process, a layingdevice is adopted to transport and lay floor tiles. The laying device comprises a platform, a driving mechanism for driving the platform to move, and a floor tile moving mechanism, and the floor tilemoving mechanism is installed on the platform. The floor laying method solves the technical problem that, manually laying of the floor tiles requires a huge amount of manpower and costs a lot of timeand energy, working efficiency of workers is lower while labor force is usually expensive, the labor cost is high, and the construction budget is greatly increased. Through transporting and laying the floor tiles by the laying device, the labor cost is reduced, time and energy are saved, the cost is saved, and the method has economic benefits.
