The invention provides a wood formwork splicing device and a wood formwork splicing method. The wood formwork splicing device comprises a splicing strip and a splicing head, wherein a splicing seam between any two adjacent wood formworks is connected through the splicing strip; the splicing positions of the at least three wood formworks are connected through the splicing head so that the wood formworks can be integrally spliced into a combined formwork structure. The flat and straight gaps are filled with the splicing strips in the splicing gaps of the two wood formworks, the splicing heads are adopted at the splicing positions of the wood formworks for lap joint, and then all splicing seams are connected into a whole, so that gaps generated by splicing of the wood formworks are effectively eradicated, and the flatness of the surfaces of the wood formworks is improved.
