Floor-penetrating creeping formwork
The invention provides a floor-penetrating creeping formwork. The floor-penetrating creeping formwork comprises a template, stand columns, floor and jacking mechanisms, wherein the stand columns passthrough the floor; the jacking mechanisms are detachably mounted on the floor; the jacking mechanisms are used for jacking and supporting the stand columns; and the template is arranged at the top ends of the stand columns. According to the floor-penetrating creeping formwork provided by the invention, the jacking mechanisms are detachably mounted on the floor, and the stand columns pass through each layer of floor, so that the device realizes layer-by-layer pouring of a wall body by integrally utilizing support of the floor; and while certain layer of the wall body needs to pour, pouring of the floor firstly needs to form, and then the device is mounted, so that conventional self-creeping formwork cannot realize a synchronous pouring problem of the wall body and the floor.
本发明提供一种穿板爬模包括模板、立柱、楼板、顶升机构，所述立柱穿过所述楼板，所述顶升机构可拆卸安装在楼板上，所述顶升机构用于顶升并承托所述立柱，所述模板设置在立柱的顶端。本发明通过将顶升机构可拆卸安装在楼板上，并让立柱穿过各层楼板，进而使得装置整体利用楼板的支撑来实现墙体的逐层浇筑，当需要浇筑某一层墙体时，首先需要进行楼板的浇筑成型，再进行装置的安装，以此来解决传统自爬模无法实现墙体与楼板的同步浇筑的问题。
