The invention discloses a watering and leveling construction technology of a concrete surface. The watering and leveling construction technology of the concrete surface comprises the steps that concrete is poured onto a structure and vibrated immediately by a vibrating worker using an inserted vibrator; a vibration does not stopped until laitance is produced on the concrete surface and no bubblesand no sinking are produced; the vibrated concrete is leveled with a concrete iron rake to ensure that the elevation of concrete pouring meets the requirements; the concrete surface is sprayed with anagricultural sprayer, and a sprayed concrete should be quickly leveled with a supporting plate immediately; and after the sprayed concrete being leveled, a plastic film is used to paste the concretesurface for covering and maintenance. The problem of great difficulty in receiving and leveling the concrete is solved. The concrete surface is sprayed by the agricultural sprayer, the supporting plate is used to flatten the film, and the efficiency of concrete finishing is greatly improved. The finishing effect is good, and water conditions for concrete curing is provided, so that the plastic film can be well pasted on the concrete surface, thereby ensuring the quality of the concrete.
