The invention discloses an internet safety lock for commodity anti-counterfeiting, wherein the internet security lock is composed of an entity anti-counterfeiting lock and a virtual anti-counterfeiting lock, wherein the virtual anti-counterfeiting lock is arranged on an anti-counterfeiting information system on a commodity in the form of a two-dimensional code or other forms which can be read by aclient, the entity anti-counterfeiting lock is arranged at a commodity package sealing opening, and the entity anti-counterfeiting lock comprises a coded lock body module, a background anti-counterfeiting supervision system, a mobile terminal, a first encryption module and a second encryption module. The commodity anti-counterfeiting system is reasonable in design, and the entity anti-counterfeiting lock and the virtual anti-counterfeiting lock are arranged to perform dual anti-counterfeiting on the commodity; the information related to the commodity is inquired by using the mobile terminal,the related information in commodity production and transportation is timely connected in real time, a basis is provided for consumers to distinguish the authenticity of the commodity, the password ofthe entity anti-counterfeiting lock is obtained through the mobile terminal for unlocking, and the anti-counterfeiting capability is improved.
