The invention relates to a graphite-based grounding electrode for low-voltage power distribution, a grounding device and a construction method thereof. The grounding electrode comprises a grounding tip, a slow release rod and a plurality of solid graphite grounding rods, wherein the plurality of solid graphite grounding rods are connected end to end in series, the grounding tip is connected with the head end of the solid graphite rod located at the foremost end, and the slow release rod is connected with the tail end of the solid graphite rod located at the rearmost end. The grounding device comprises a plurality of grounding down-leads, a plurality of grounding down-lead stranded wires and a plurality of grounding electrodes, the plurality of grounding down-lead stranded wires are connected end to end and arranged in a grounding trench around the low-voltage power distribution equipment in a surrounding manner, and every two adjacent grounding down-lead stranded wires are connected together through a sleeve. The grounding device is of a combined split structure, a corresponding number of graphene grounding electrodes can be selected to be assembled according to actual constructionrequirements, the utilization rate of grounding materials can be obviously increased, and the grounding device is suitable for popularization and utilization.
