The ultramicro channeling-sealing and plugging agent comprises the following components: oil well cement, light rare earth oxide, nanometer calcium carbonate, nanometer silicon oxide, ceramic hollow microspheres,alumina, a fluid loss agent, a retarder and sodium hydroxide. The ultramicro channeling-sealing and plugging agent provided by the invention has fine and uniform particles and strong penetrability, and can enter fine ducts of a stratum to achieve the purpose of plugging; and compared with a conventional solid-phase particle plugging agent, the ultramicro channeling-sealing and plugging agent is high in strength, high in scouring resistance, relatively long in initial setting time and final setting time at normal temperature, capable of meeting on-site safety construction requirements, good inconstruction safety, suitable for plugging of high-temperature low-permeability oil reservoir sealing layers and high in site plugging success rate.
