Permeable reconstruction technology for impermeable building block pavement
The invention provides a permeable reconstruction technology for an impermeable building block pavement. The permeable reconstruction technology comprises the following steps: S1, carrying out measuring and positioning; S2, drilling a hole in the existing leveling layer; S3, inserting a pipeline into the hole; and S4, installing a permeable module. In the S1, an original pavement brick of which the permeable module needs to be replaced is selected and the position is marked; in the S2, the selected pavement brick is removed and then drilling is carried out; the hole diameter is consistent withthe outer diameter of the implanted PVC pipe; after drilling is completed, scum and dust in the hole are sucked out through a vacuum pump; in the S3, before intubation, water needs to be sprayed intothe hole for wetting; meanwhile, holes are drilled in the pipe wall, and one end coated with the geotextile faces downwards; after the pipeline is mounted, an original bonding leveling layer is broken. According to the permeable reconstruction technology, distributed permeable building blocks and rainwater retention and infiltration pipelines are utilized to gather surface runoff, then the surface runoff is guided to a compacted soil foundation through the pipelines and finally infiltrates underground; and the permeable reconstruction technology has the advantages of being convenient to construct, small in demolition work amount, capable of saving raw materials, easy and convenient to operate and maintain, high in economical efficiency and the like.
本发明提供了一种不透水砌块路面透水改造技术,包括以下步骤:S1:测量定位;S2:在既有找平层上钻孔;S3:向孔中插入管道;S4:安装透水模块,在S1中,选定透水模块需更换的原有路面砖,标记位置,在S2中,拆除选定的路面砖然后进行钻孔,孔径与植入PVC管的外径一致,钻孔完成后用真空泵吸出孔内浮渣及灰尘,在S3中,插管前需先向孔中洒水湿润,同时管壁钻孔并包覆土工织物的一端朝下,管道安装后破除原有粘结找平层,该不透水砌块路面透水改造技术利用分布式透水砌块和雨水滞留、下渗管道,将地表径流汇集后,通过管道导流至夯实土基,最后渗入地下,具有施工方便、拆除工程量小、节约原材料、运行维护简便、经济性高等优点。
