The invention discloses a large cantilever steel box girder, which comprises a top plate, a bottom plate, an inner side web plate, an outer side web plate, a main box chamber diaphragm plate, an inclined bottom plate, a cantilever web plate, a cantilever box chamber diaphragm plate, a top plate longitudinal stiffening rib, a bottom plate longitudinal stiffening rib, an inner side web plate longitudinal stiffening rib, an outer side web plate first longitudinal stiffening rib and an outer side web plate second longitudinal stiffening rib, wherein one outer side web plate second longitudinal stiffening rib is arranged on the inner side surface of the outer side web plate, and is arranged corresponding to the inner side edge of the inclined bottom plate; the cantilever box chamber diaphragm plate comprises a diaphragm plate web, a diaphragm plate flange plate, an inclined strut and a gusset plate. The main box chamber is a main longitudinal stress component, the diaphragm plate of the cantilever box chamber adopts a structure combining a solid-web diaphragm plate and an open-web truss, and the requirements for beam width and transverse stress are met. The structure is clear in stressform, enough transverse rigidity is provided, the structure is light, cantilevers of the whole bridge are unified, factory construction is facilitated, and the structure is suitable for equal-height steel box girder bridges and variable-height and variable-width steel box girder bridges.
