The tailing pond drainage device for lowering the water level through the automatic siphon isarranged on a drainage well of a tailing pond, the drainage well comprises a well base and a headframe, the headframe is erected on the well base, the headframe comprises stand columns and ring beams,the drainage device comprises a water outlet pipe, a water inlet pipe, a water inlet channel, a floating body and a hose, wherein the water inlet channel is arranged on the stand columns of the headframe, a water inlet and a water outlet are formed on the water inlet pipe, the end part of the water inlet is wrapped around the floating body, the floating body is detachable, the water outlet is connected with one end of the hose, the other end of the hose is connected to the water inlet end of the water inlet channel, the water outlet end of the water inlet channel is connected with one end ofthe water outlet pipe, and the other end of the water outlet pipe is suspended. Therefore, the drainage device can effectively improve the flood drainage capacity, is convenient to disassemble and reassemble, and can be repeatedly and flexibly used.
