The invention relates to a dismountable and mountable structure capable of rapidly repairing a breach. According to the structure, reinforced concrete triangular prisms with chamfers and binding wireholes are used as units, the plurality of units are bound and integrated into a frame structure through iron wire bundles via the binding wire holes, and a breach rapid repairing structure is formed independently or in an integrated mode. According to the dismountable and mountable rapid repairing structure for breach plugging, the strength characteristic of a reinforced concrete material can be utilized to improve the anti-scouring capacity of the bottom of the breach, and the characteristics of the frame structure can be utilized to stabilize the dismountable and mountable rapid repairing structure in high-speed water flow and then to reduce the flowing energy of breach water, so that a stable framework of the breach is formed, then sand bags or loose sand and stone soil materials are put into the breach, and rapid plugging of the dam breach is achieved.
