The river bank reinforcing mechanism and the river bank reinforcing method applying the same have the advantages that river bank reinforcing can be guaranteed, river bank soil loss is reduced, meanwhile, damage is not prone to occurring, and the probability that the reinforcing effect is reduced due todamage of the reinforcing mechanism can be reduced.
