The invention discloses a buffer type harbor fixing device for civil ship harbor berthing. The device comprises a main hollow shell. When a civil ship berths, a harbor can be effectively protected, bymeans of air and the elasticity of a spiral spring, two-stage buffer capacity during ship braking is formed, and therefore damage accidents caused by dynamic energy contact between the ship and a hull are reduced. The device is provided with a spherical structure and size limiting type part connecting mechanism, angle rotating of a main part cannot be affected while two parts are connected, thus,the braking angle and the actual braking angle of the device are consistent, and the force bearing range is widened; in addition, the device is provided with a spiral spring abutting type maximum airpressure difference control mechanism, the maximum pressure difference between the interior and the exterior can be controlled, and the phenomenon that the equipment is damaged as the braking force is too high is avoided; and in addition, the device is provided with a buffer telescopic part supporting mechanism, so that a supporting effect is achieved.
本发明公开了一种民用船舶港口停泊用缓冲式港口固定装置,包括主空心外壳。本发明在民用船舶进行停靠时,能够对港口进行有效的保护作用,利用空气和螺旋弹簧的弹力,组成为船舶制动时的两极缓冲能力,从而降低船舶与船体之间的动能接触造成的损伤事件的发生,而且,该装置具有球形结构与尺寸限位式部件连接机构,能够实现两部件连接的同时,又不会影响主部件的角度旋转,从而使得该装置的制动角度与实际制动角度一直,提高受力范围,此外,该装置具有螺旋弹簧抵触式最大气压差控制机构,能够控制内外界的最大压差,防止制动力度过大而导致的设备损伤现象的发生,另外,该装置具有缓冲伸缩式部件支撑机构,在实现支撑的作用。
