High-pressure jet grouting combined uplift pile for existing building and construction method
The invention discloses a high-pressure jet grouting combined uplift pile for an existing building and a construction method. The combined uplift pile comprises a high-pressure jet grouting pile and areinforcement body. The high-pressure jet grouting pile comprises a pile end, a pile body and a pile top. The reinforcement body comprises a steel pipe and a steel strand. One end of the steel pipe extends into the pile end, and the other end of the steel pipe reversely extends to be flush with the pile top and then is fixed to a bearing platform. The steel strand extends out of the top end of the steel pipe and then penetrates out of the bearing platform. The part, located in the pile top, of the steel strand is fixed to a lower anchor plate through a lower anchorage device. The part, penetrating out of the bearing platform, of the steel strand is fixed to an upper anchor plate through an upper anchorage device. According to the uplift pile combining the steel pipe and high-pressure jetgrouting, the characteristics of respective materials can be brought into play, large uplift bearing force can be provided, and the uplift pile is relatively economical compared with a traditional uplift pile. Prestress is applied to the steel pipe through the steel strand, the uplift pile is actively stressed, the vertical displacement of a foundation slab can be conveniently reduced, and structure cracking is avoided.
