The groove-shaped glass veneer mounting structure comprises a plurality of pieces of groove-shaped glass and a plurality of groups of clamping assemblies, wherein two groove edges are arranged on the two opposite sides of the groove-shaped glass respectively; each group of clamping assemblies comprises at leastone edge clamping piece and a plurality of middle clamping pieces; the edge clamping pieces and the middle clamping pieces are fixedly connected to a wall surface base layer; and the two adjacent groove edges of the two pieces of groove-shaped glass are clamped into the edge clamping pieces and the middle clamping pieces in the same group. In addition, the invention further provides a mounting method of the groove-shaped glass veneer mounting structure for the partition. The glass partition provided by the invention is mounted more stably, the mounting structure is simple, and an assembly type mounting mode is adopted, so that popular construction is facilitated, and the construction speed and the standardized operation are improved; and fixing and edge closing are carried out through theedge clamping pieces and the middle clamping pieces, glue marks are not generated, the influence of the glue marks on the decoration effect can be eliminated, and the beauty of the glass partition isimproved.
