The invention discloses a vertical main reinforcement connecting structure in an assembly type steel-concrete member. The vertical main reinforcement connecting structure comprises an upper wall column member internally provided with a plurality of vertical reinforcements and a lower wall column member internally provided with a plurality of vertical reinforcements, and every two corresponding reinforcements are fixed through a connecting device; each connecting device comprises an inner sleeve, an outer sleeve and at least one positioning block, wherein the inner sleeve is in threaded connection with one of the vertical reinforcement, a plurality of rows of outer clamping pieces are axially arranged on the outer walls of the inner sleeves at intervals, and each outer clamping piece comprises an outer protruding block; a plurality of rows of inner clamping pieces are arranged on the inner walls of the upper ends of the outer sleeves in the circumferential direction at intervals, the lower ends of the outer sleeves are in threaded connection with the other reinforcements, and each row of inner clamping pieces is composed of at least two inner protruding blocks arranged at intervals;and each positioning block is detachably installed below the outer protruding blocks at the lower end of one row of outer clamping pieces or fixed in the outer sleeves and located between the two rows of inner clamping pieces. The vertical main reinforcement connecting structure in the assembly type steel-concrete member is high in connecting strength and low in manufacturing cost.
