Vertically matched and symmetric roof tile structure used for shelter roof
The invention discloses a vertically matched and symmetric roof tile structure used for a shelter roof. The roof tile structure comprises tiles, a first notch, a limiting block, a second notch, a third notch, an inserting hole, a matching groove, a first waterproof sealing strip, an unlocking mechanism, a clamping mechanism and a second waterproof sealing strip. The roof tile structure is compactin structure and high in practicability, a traditional shelter roof tile is arranged to be a plurality of tiles which can be freely spliced and disassembled, so that when a shelter is built, the tilescan be freely and rapidly spliced on the ground firstly, and then the whole shelter is fixed to a shelter base layer; a traditional mode of laying the tiles one by one manually is replaced, so that the dismounting and mounting efficiency of the roof tiles is greatly improved, meanwhile, the experience of workers is not needed, the mounting time is saved, the labor cost is reduced, meanwhile, a traditional tile lap joint mode is omitted, the tiles cannot slide after being mounted, and therefore, the mounting stability of the shelter roof tiles is improved.
本发明公开了一种用于避难所屋顶上下配合对称的屋瓦结构,包括瓦片、第一缺口、限位块、第二缺口、第三缺口、插孔、配合槽、第一防水密封条、解锁机构、卡接机构与第二防水密封条,本发明结构紧凑,实用性强,通过将传统的避难所屋瓦设置成多个可以自由拼接与拆卸的瓦片,使得在对避难所进行搭建时,可以先在地面上自由的将多个瓦片进行快速的拼接,然后再将整体固定在避难所基层上即可,代替了传统人工对单个瓦片进行逐一铺设的方式,从而极大的提高了屋瓦的拆装效率,同时无需借助于工人的经验,节省了安装时间,降低了人力成本,同时摆脱了传统瓦片搭接的方式,使得瓦片在安装之后不会发生滑移,从而增加了避难所屋瓦的安装稳定性。
