The invention discloses a building mortar applying device. The building mortar applying device structurally comprises a fan brush throwing and applying pressing plate, a lining pressing cover plate, avibration bearing seat, a material pressing push plate, a battery jar, a switch press button seat and a grab handle rod. According to the building mortar applying device, by using the mutual cooperation between the fan brush throwing and applying pressing plate and the vibration bearing seat, rotary oscillation settling operation is formed on the top surfaces of a fan brush semicircular plate anda concave arc buckle pressing plate through the vibration bearing seat, so that a shaft buckle wheel disc in the fan brush semicircular plate and a grinding and scraping plate truss are matched witha fan brush frame for interactive sweeping to form an upper semicircular gradient compressed air mortar applying effect of a whole square frame surface, and the overall pressing degree is guaranteed to penetrate through thickness clamping plates to form flatness operation of mortar coating, compacting and molding; and the fluid adhesion amount on the surface of a building is increased, and redundant shock insulator bubbles are eliminated to form the internal rotation covering fine scraping and brushing effect of a rack type arm lifting and pressing sliding brushing, so that high-density bundling acting force is formed for mortar pretreatment, later-period ceramic tile attaching stability is facilitated, and reworking treatment is avoided.
