The invention discloses a discharge door mechanism of a pump truck hopper. The discharge door mechanism comprises a discharge door, an air cylinder supporting seat, an O-shaped ring, linear sliding rails, vertical air cylinders, horizontal air cylinders and an electromagnetic valve, wherein the discharge door is connected with the air cylinder supporting seat and can move as a whole; the verticalair cylinders are arranged between the discharge door and the air cylinder supporting seat; one end of each vertical air cylinder is connected with the air cylinder supporting seat, and the other endof each vertical air cylinder is connected with the discharge door; the horizontal air cylinders are arranged on the air cylinder supporting seat; the O-shaped ring is arranged at the lower end of thepump truck hopper; the one or more linear sliding rails are arranged at the left end and/or the right end of the pump truck hopper; the left end and/ or the right end of the air cylinder supporting seat are/is arranged in the linear sliding rails in a sliding manner; and the electromagnetic valve is used for controlling the vertical air cylinders and the horizontal air cylinders. The invention further discloses a pump truck. The discharge door mechanism of the pump truck hopper aims at solving the problem that the sealing effect is poor due to deformation of the discharge door mechanism.
