The radiation diagnosis and treatment unit comprises a waiting area, a diagnosis and treatment area and a medical care working area, wherein a diagnosis and treatment room and a radiation examination room are arranged in the diagnosis and treatment area, and the waiting room is arrangedoutside the diagnosis and treatment room and the radiation examination room; the waiting room is provided with a first entrance door and a second exit door communicating with an aisle; a second entrance door is arranged between the waiting room and the diagnosis and treatment room; a third entrance door is arranged between the diagnosis and treatment room and the radiation examination room; a first exit door is arranged between the radiation examination room and the waiting room; and an operation control system is arranged in the diagnosis and treatment room, identity recognition opening andclosing devices are arranged at the first entrance door, the second entrance door, the third entrance door, the first exit door and the second exit door correspondingly. The radiation examination workof the r radiation diagnosis and treatment unit cannot be disturbed, the privacy of a patient is protected, the working efficiency of the radiation examination process is improved, and the doctor-seeing experience of the patient is improved.
