The invention relates to a rotary drilling rig hole forming method for a large-sized pile hole in a karst area. The method comprises the following steps of providing a rotary drilling rig and a tunneling drill bit, wherein the tunneling drill bit is larger than the pore diameter of the pile hole; and starting the rotary drilling rig to drill by the tunneling drill bit, stopping drilling by the tunneling drill bit in case of an underground karst cave, plugging the underground karst cave by means of concrete backfill and then carrying out drilling continuously by the tunneling drill bit to a preset depth of a preset pile hole. By adopting the technical scheme, primary backfill reinforcing treatment is carried out on all karst caves in construction, so that phenomena such as slurry leakage and hole collapse are avoided effectively, semi-rock semi-flow soft plastic red clay is prevented from swarming into the pile hole which is not formed completely, the construction period is shortened greatly and the pile hole forming efficiency is improved. In addition, construction on the inner wall of the pile hole is carried out by matching the rotary drilling rig with a forming drill bit to forma protecting wall to block an erosion effect of underwater to a pile foundation effectively and guarantee the bearing capacity of the pile foundation structure, so that the durability of the pile foundation is enhanced.
本发明涉及一种岩溶地区大尺寸桩孔旋挖钻机成孔方法,包括以下步骤:提供旋挖钻机和掘进钻头,使掘进钻头大于桩孔孔径;启动旋挖钻机,通过掘进钻头钻进,当遭遇地下溶洞时,停止掘进钻头钻进,使用混凝土回填堵塞地下溶洞,而后继续通过掘进钻头钻进,直至预设桩孔预设深度;采用本发明的技术方案,对于在施工中遭遇到的所有溶洞进行一次回填加固处理,有效避免了出现漏浆、塌孔等现象,防止半岩半流动软塑红粘土涌入未完全成形的桩孔内,大大缩短了施工周期,提高了桩孔成孔效率,此外,还通过旋挖钻机与成形钻头配合在桩孔内壁上施工形成护壁,有效阻挡了地下水对桩基础的侵蚀作用,保证了桩基础结构的承载力,使得桩基础耐久性加强。
