The invention discloses a fishing boat driven by wind power, which comprises a boat body. A sawtooth space is formed in the boat body; a meshing space is formed in the left side of the sawtooth space;a recovery space with a leftward opening is formed in the left side of the meshing space; chain spaces are symmetrically arranged on the front side and the rear side of the recovery space; a fishingspace with a downward opening is formed in the lower side of the meshing space; a motor space is arranged on the right side of the fishing space; a fixed rod is fixedly connected into the boat body; and the motor space and the fishing space are provided with fishing devices for cast net fishing. According to the fishing boat driven by wind power, the wind power generation device can generate powerby the aid of the wind power in windy days and provide power for the whole boat, the wind power generation device can automatically find the optimal wind angle, and accordingly the wind power can beutilized to the greatest extent.
