The invention provides a device for baking high-activity magnesium oxide. The device comprises a waste heat boiler, a calcining furnace and a dust collector. A feed port of the calcining furnace is connected with a discharge port of a second cyclone separator through a feed pipe; a discharge port of the calcining furnace is connected with a feed port of a third cyclone separator through a discharge pipe; a discharge port of the third cyclone separator is connected with a feed port of a fourth cyclone separator through a material pipe; an air outlet of a second fluidized bed is connected with an air inlet of a sixth cyclone separator through a ventilation pipe; air outlets of the sixth cyclone separator and the waste heat boiler are respectively connected with an air inlet of the dust collector through ventilation pipes; and an air outlet of the dust collector is connected with a chimney through a first induced draft fan, and discharging ports of a first fluidized bed, a second fluidized bed, the sixth cyclone separator and the dust collector are all connected with a discharging pipe through material pipes, so that blockage can be avoided; and the product activity is high, environmental protection is achieved, energy is saved, and the operation cost is reduced.
