Design method for mineral aggregate gradation of waste tire powder-rubber asphalt mixture
The invention discloses a design method for mineral aggregate gradation of a waste tire powder-rubber asphalt mixture. The method comprises the following step: dividing a continuous grading curve of an engineering asphalt mixture into a plurality of sections, wherein the first section is a coarse aggregate particle size section, the second section is a fine aggregate particle size section, the third section is a key sieve pore particle size section, the fourth section are composed of boundary sieve pore particle size sections located in the coarse aggregate particle size section and the fine aggregate particle size section respectively, the fifth section is a maximum nominal particle size and mineral powder section, and mineral aggregate gradation is designed by adopting different i valuesin each section to form a new range. Various index tests on the rubber asphalt mixture obtained by the method show that the mineral aggregate gradation composition is continuous, stable and balanced,variability is small, and the technical problem of difficulty in paving and compacting is greatly improved. Besides, the method provided by the invention has certain social significance in promotingthe application of the waste tires in road engineering, construction of a resource-saving and environment-friendly traffic development mode and promotion of the development of related industries.
本发明公开一种废旧轮胎粉橡胶沥青混合料矿料级配的设计方法,该方法将工程用沥青混合料的连续级配曲线分为多段,第一段为粗集料粒径段,第二段为细集料粒径段,第三段为关键筛孔粒径段,第四段为分别位于粗集料粒径段和细集料粒径段的分界筛孔粒径段,第五段为最大公称粒径与矿粉段,每段采用不同的i值设计矿料级配组成新范围。采用前述方法得到的橡胶沥青混合料经各项指标测试,结果表明:矿料级配组成连续稳定均衡,变异性小,对难以铺筑与压实的技术难题有较大改进。此外,本发明提出的方法对推动废旧轮胎在道路工程中的应用,构建“资源节约型”、“环境友好型”的交通发展模式,带动相关产业发展具有一定的社会意义。
