The embodiment of the invention discloses a modified graphene nano material as well as a preparation method and application thereof and relates to the technical field of graphene nano materials. Mainmaterials used in the invention comprise the following raw materials in parts by weight: graphite oxide, deionized water, an alcohol-water mixed solvent, sodium sulfanilate, a nano catalyst, a resin polymer, wear-resistant ceramic powder, carbon fibers, diamond powder and quartz glass fibers. According to the modified graphene nano material as well as the preparation method and application thereofof the invention, a reticular heat conduction structure is formed through an ultrasonic mixing process, and the composite molding of the resin polymer is utilized, so that the characteristics of thegraphene wear-resistant ceramic, carbon fiber, diamond and quartz glass fiber are more easily exerted, and therefore, a high-heat-conduction heat dissipation material can be obtained, and a high-heat-conduction heat dissipation effect is realized for microelectronic devices or electronic components.
