Self-compacting mass concrete
The invention provides a self-compacting mass concrete. The concrete is composed of cement, fly ash, natural medium-coarse sand, graded broken stone, water, a water reducing agent and a modifier. Thedosage of each component of the concrete is as follows according to unilateral dosage meter: 416kg/m < 3 > to 474kg/m < 3 > of cement; 45Kg/m < 3 >-52Kg/m < 3 > of fly ash; 756Kg/m < 3 > to 787Kg/m <3 > of aggregate, 1004Kg/m < 3 > to 1045Kg/m < 3 > of graded broken stone, 162Kg/m < 3 > of water, 7.59 Kg/m < 3 > to 8.67 Kg/m < 3 > of water reducing agent and 45Kg/m < 3 > to 52Kg/m < 3 > of modifier. The adopted water reducing agent has double effects of water reducing and retarding so that the consumption of cement and water is greatly reduced on the premise of ensuring high flowability andhigh strength, and the construction cost can be saved; the adopted modifier has the properties of compactness enhancement, segregation resistance, corrosion resistance and the like, the compactness ofa concrete structure can be improved, the appearance quality of concrete pouring is improved, and the durability of the concrete is improved.
本申请提供了一种自密实大体积混凝土,所述混凝土是由水泥、粉煤灰、天然中粗砂、级配碎石、水、减水剂以及改性剂组成,按照单方用量计,该混凝土个成分的用量如下:水泥416kg/m~474Kg/m,粉煤灰45Kg/m~52Kg/m,骨料756Kg/m~787Kg/m,级配碎石1004Kg/m~1045Kg/m,水162Kg/m,减水剂7.59Kg/m~8.67Kg/m,改性剂45Kg/m~52Kg/m。采用的减水剂具有减水和缓凝的双重效果,在保证高流动性及高强度的前提下,大大减少水泥和水的用量,可节约施工成本;采用的改性剂具有密实增强、抗离析、耐腐蚀等诸多性能,可以增加混凝土结构的密实度,改善混凝土浇筑的外观质量,提高其耐久性。
