The invention discloses a preparation method of water-permeable oil-blocking concrete. The method comprises the following steps: (1) selecting ceramic polishing waste as aggregate to prepare ceramic polishing aggregate water-permeable concrete; (2) heating a copper net in air with flames, soaking the copper net into cement paste after heating is completed, taking out the copper net at a speed of 0.1 m/s in 30 seconds to obtain a water-permeable oil-blocking modified copper net, and placing the water-permeable oil-blocking modified copper net on the upper surface of the ceramic polishing aggregate water-permeable concrete prepared in the step (1); and (3) preparing modified ceramic polishing powder water-permeable oil-blocking concrete, pouring the modified ceramic polishing powder water-permeable oil-blocking concrete on the water-permeable oil-blocking modified copper net, and paving a layer of the water-permeable oil-blocking modified copper net on the upper surface of the modified ceramic polishing powder water-permeable oil-blocking concrete to obtain the water-permeable oil-blocking concrete. The water-permeable oil-blocking concrete prepared by the invention achieves the purposes of water permeation and oil blocking while realizing oil-water separation, can supplement underground water, and also can prevent oil pollution.
本发明公开一种透水阻油混凝土的制备方法，包括以下步骤：(1)选取陶瓷抛光废料作为骨料，制备陶瓷抛光骨料透水混凝土；(2)将铜网在空气中用火焰加热，加热完成后浸没到水泥浆中，30s后以0.1m/s的速度取出，获得透水阻油改性铜网；将透水阻油改性铜网放置到步骤(1)制得的陶瓷抛光骨料透水混凝土的上表面；(3)制备改性陶瓷抛光粉末透水阻油混凝土，将改性陶瓷抛光粉末透水阻油混凝土浇筑在透水阻油改性铜网之上，再在改性陶瓷抛光粉末透水阻油混凝土的上表面铺设一层透水阻油改性铜网，得到透水阻油混凝土。本发明所制得的透水阻油混凝土，在油水分离的同时达到透水阻油的目的，即可以补充地下水，又可以防油污污染。
