The invention discloses a road base mixture taking saline-alkali soil as a raw material and a preparation method of a road base, and relates to a road base mixture and a preparation method of a road base. The method aims at solving the problem that existing saline-alkali soil treatment is high in difficulty. The road base mixture is prepared from saline-alkali soil, cement, water, a soil curing agent and a surface alkali inhibitor in parts by weight. The method comprises the following steps: weighing the raw materials in parts by weight; and after mixing, performing paving and compacting to form a road base, and spraying a surface alkali inhibitor on the surface of the road base. The road base mixture is prepared from saline-alkali soil, so that the saline-alkali soil can be recycled, resources such as sandstone aggregate used for traditional road construction are saved, and the compressive strength of the obtained road base is not lower than 20Mpa. The method is suitable for preparingthe road base.
一种以盐碱土为原料的道路基层混合料及道路基层的制备方法，涉及一种道路基层混合料及道路基层的制备方法。目的是解决现有的盐碱土处理难度大的问题。道路基层混合料按照重量份数计由盐碱土、水泥、水、土壤固化剂和表面碱抑制剂制备而成。方法：按照重量份数称取原料；混合后进行摊铺和压实后形成道路基层，将表面碱抑制剂喷洒在路基的表面。本发明采用盐碱土制作道路基层混合料可以资源化利用盐碱土，节约传统造路使用的砂石骨料等资源，所得道路基层的抗压强度不低于20Mpa。本发明适用于制备道路基层。
