Quick-drying toilet backfill material and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to the field of building materials, in particular to a quick-drying toilet backfill material. The quick-drying toilet backfill material is prepared from water and dry powder, wherein the water accounts for 70-78wt% of the dry powder. The dry powder is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 83 to 94 parts of gypsum; 0.5 to 2 parts of cement; 5 to 15 parts of ceramsite; 0.05 to 0.2 part of dispersible latex powder; 0.005 to 0.02 part of a gypsum retarder; 0.005 to 0.02 part of an air entraining agent; 0.1 to 0.6 part of a water reducing agent; and 0.2 to 0.5 part of anti-cracking fiber. The main cementing material of the quick-drying toilet backfill material provided by the invention is gypsum, and therefore, the material has high fluidity, willnot hollow and crack, and will not crack and bulge due to thermal expansion and cold contraction like cement mortar, and the material is easy and convenient to operate and high in efficiency; and a certain sound insulation effect is achieved, the flushing noise of a toilet can be reduced, and great comfort is realized; the resource utilization of industrial solid waste desulfurized gypsum is facilitated; the density of the gypsum mortar is lower than that of cement under the same strength, and therefore, energy consumption required by production is low, and pollution is light.
