The invention relates to a porcelain firing tool, in particular to a kiln column for firing celadon chain rings. The kiln column comprises a column body and a base arranged on the lower end face of the column body, wherein two rows of circular through hole sets are sequentially formed in the surface of the column body side by side in a vertical direction, each circular through hole set comprises aplurality of circular through holes, and the adjacent circular through holes in the two rows of the circular through hole sets are sequentially distributed in an up-down staggered mode. The preparation method comprises the following steps: grinding and sieving kaolin, mixing the kaolin with water, carrying out molding, drilling through holes in the surface to obtain a kiln column blank, drying the blank, and sequentially carrying out low-temperature primary sintering, medium-temperature vitrification and high-temperature porcelainization to obtain a finished kiln column product. The kiln column of the invention overcomes the defect that a conventional kiln column used for firing porcelain cannot be used for firing ornaments which are uniform in whole body color and have uniform jade-liketexture; and celadon sintered through the method is uniform in color, good in attractiveness, good in mechanical property and low in cost.
本发明涉及一种瓷器烧制工具，尤其涉及一种用于烧制青瓷链环的窑柱。所述的窑柱包括一个柱体以及设置在柱体下端面的基座，所述的柱体其在表面在竖直方向上依次并排设置有两列圆形通孔组，所述的圆形通孔组包括若干个圆形通孔，两列圆形通孔组中相邻的圆形通孔上下依次交错分布。其制备方法同通过将高岭土研磨过筛之后与水混合塑造成型，并在表面钻设通孔，得到窑柱胚体，再将胚体烘干再依次经过低温初烧、中温陶化以及高温瓷化，得到窑柱成品。本发明克服了现有技术中用于烧制瓷器的窑柱无法烧制出通体颜色均一，全身均一如玉般质感的装饰品的缺陷，因而具有通过本发明烧结的青瓷颜色均一，美观性好；力学性能较好；成本较低的优点。
