The invention relates to the technical field of self-repairing cutters, in particular to a self-lubricating ceramic cutter with self-repairing capacity as well as a preparation method, a repairing method and application of the self-lubricating ceramic cutter. The ceramic cutter is prepared from the following components: 55 to 64 percent of alpha-Al2O3; 22 to 28 percent of TiC; 5 to 10 percent of TiB2; 5 to 10 percent of h-BN@Al2O3 and 0.5 percent of MgO, wherein the h-BN@Al2O3 is of a core-shell structure formed by coating flaky nano h-BN with Al2O3. In the ceramic cutter, the TiB2 is used asa repairing agent; the h-BN@Al2O3 is used as a solid lubricant and a repairing agent; the Al2O3 is used as a matrix; the TiC is used as a reinforcing phase; the MgO is used as a sintering aid; and under the synergistic effect of the TiB2 and the h-BN@Al2O3, the crack repairing effect and the self-lubricating capacity of the material of the cutter are improved, and the comprehensive mechanical property of the material of the cutter is enhanced.
