The invention discloses a low-temperature sintered low-dielectric microwave ceramic material and a preparation method thereof. The ceramic material is composed of the following components: 40 wt%-50 wt% of MBS glass and 50 wt%-60 wt% of Mg2Al4Si5O18. The MBS glass is prepared from the following components: 25 wt%-35 wt% of MgO, 50 wt%-60 wt% of B2O3, 5 wt%-15 wt% of SiO2, 0 wt%-5 wt% of CaO and 0wt%-5 wt% of Li2O. The main crystal phase of the microwave ceramic material is Mg2Al4Si5O18, and the secondary crystal phase of the microwave ceramic material is Al4B2O9 and Mg2B2O5. The sintering temperature of the microwave ceramic material is less than or equal to 950 DEG C, the dielectric constant is 4.4-5.2, the loss is low, the temperature coefficient of resonance frequency is close to zero,the preparation process is simple and the cost is low.
