The invention provides a complex magnesium-aluminum cementing agent. Technical feature of the invention is that the agent is characterized by comprising 18 to 23 parts of light calcined magnesia powder; 10 to 16 parts of magnesium sulfate; 6 to 10 parts of aluminum oxide micro powder; 5 to 8 parts of vital gluten; 3 to 6 parts of lignin; 2 to 6 parts of cellulose; 2 to 5 parts of glucose and 2 to6 parts of boron waste rock; the preparation method comprises uniformly mixing the materials and taking 3-4% of the total amount for later use; mixing 70 percent of materials with the particle size ofover 0mm in refractory brick aggregate in a sand mixer for about 1 minute; then adding 1.5%-2.5% of water and mixing for about 2 minutes; putting 3%-4% of the complex magnesium-aluminum cementing agent for later use into a sand mixer to be mixed for about 5 minutes; then putting 30% of fine powder with the particle size being 0 mm or below into the sand mixer to be mixed for about 10 min, and discharging; the invention has the advantages that the cementing agent is environment-friendly, simple in process and convenient to operate, the production efficiency is improved, the traditional binding agent in the refractory material industry can be replaced, the produced refractory material product is remarkable in environment-friendly effect, and the technical application range is expanded.
本发明提供一种络合镁铝胶结剂,其技术特征是,轻烧镁粉18份‑23份,硫酸镁10份‑16份,氧化铝微粉6份‑10份,谷朊粉5份‑8份,木质素3份‑6份,纤维素2份‑6份,葡萄糖2份‑5份、硼矸2份‑6份,将以上各组料混合均匀取总量的3%‑4%备用,先将耐火砖骨料中粒径在0mm以上的物料70%放入混砂机中混合约1分钟,然后加上1.5%‑2.5%的水再混合约2分钟,在把备用的3%‑4%的络合镁铝胶结剂放入混砂机中混合约5分钟,然后再把粒径在0mm以下的细粉料30%放入混砂机中混合约是10分钟出料,其优点是环保,工艺简单、操作方便,提高生产效率,可替代耐火材料行业中的传统结合剂,生产的耐火材料制品环保效果显著,扩大了技术应用范围。
