The modified polypropylene material comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 40-70 parts of polypropylene master batch;15 to 30 parts of talcum powder; 5-15 parts of a thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer; 5 to 10 parts of nanoscale graphite; 0.2 to 0.55 part of cellulose acetate; 1-5 parts of a hindered amine lightstabilizer. The raw materials are uniformly mixed, and melt extrusion, cooling and granulation are carried out to obtain the modified polypropylene material. Through the specific design of the modified material, a reliable and stable foaming process is ensured; and the HKS modified polypropylene heat preservation and sound insulation plate has the advantages of light weight, heat preservation, compact structure, convenience in installation and excellent sound insulation and flame retardant effects.
