The invention discloses a novel vibration reduction cushion layer applied to a CRTS III type plate ballastless track. The novel vibration reduction cushion layer comprises an ethylene propylene dienemonomer continuous material on the outer surface and a metal rubber vibration reduction block which is buried in the ethylene propylene diene monomer continuous material and is composed of a pluralityof small triangular structures made of single-phase austenite structure stainless steel metal wires with curly spiral cross sections. Compared with the conventional common rubber material cushion layer, the novel vibration reduction cushion layer applied to the CRTS III type plate ballastless track has the advantages that the vibration reduction effect is better, and the service life is longer and the like; and the designed novel vibration reduction cushion layer is simple in structure, easy to machine and produce, high in tensile resistance, firm, durable, low in cost and wide in applicationprospect.
本发明公开一种应用于CRTSⅢ型板式无砟轨道的新型减振垫层,该新型减振垫层包括外表面的三元乙丙橡胶连续材料以及埋于其内部的由横截面为卷曲螺旋状的单相奥氏体组织不锈钢金属丝制成的许多小三角形结构所组成的金属橡胶减振块。本发明在CRTSⅢ型板式无砟轨道中应用的新型减振垫层与以往应用单纯的普通橡胶材料垫层相比,具有减振效果更优异,使用寿命更长等优势,同时所设计的新型减振垫层结构简单、易于加工生产、抗拉力强、结实耐用、成本低廉、具有广阔的应用前景。
