Expressway structure and paving method
The invention discloses an expressway structure and a paving method, which relate to the technical field of pavement paving processes. The expressway structure comprise a subbase layer, a base layer and a surface layer which are sequentially paved from bottom to top, wherein the surface layer comprises an AC-25 asphalt concrete lower surface layer, an AC-20 modified asphalt concrete middle surfacelayer and an AC-13 modified asphalt concrete upper surface layer from bottom to top, and broken water conveying components are laid between the AC-20 modified asphalt concrete middle surface layer and the AC-13 modified asphalt concrete upper surface layer in parallel. The problems that in the prior art, rainwater is accumulated after a road surface is sunken, diffusion fracture starts from the sunken position to the periphery, and vehicle driving is affected are solved; and the problem that the consumption of the snow-melting agent is large and the road surface is easily corroded due to thelimitation of the geographical environment is solved.
一种高速公路结构及铺装方法,涉及路面铺装工艺技术领域,包括由下至上依次铺设的底基层、基层以及面层;面层包括由下至上的AC‑25沥青混凝土下面层、AC‑20改性沥青混凝土中面层以及AC‑13改性沥青混凝土上面层,AC‑20改性沥青混凝土中面层与AC‑13改性沥青混凝土上面层之间还并列铺设有破裂输水部件。本发明解决了传统技术中的路面出现凹陷后导致雨水积聚,造成从凹陷的地方往四周开始扩散断裂,影响车辆行驶;及受限于地理环境限制,使得融雪剂消耗量大的同时还易对路面造成腐蚀的问题。
