The invention relates to the technical field of rainwater permeation, and discloses a municipal rainwater permeation device which comprises a permeable pavement and a rainwater collecting device. Thepermeable pavement comprises an original soil layer, a tamped soil layer, a gravel layer, a permeable cement concrete layer, a dense asphalt bottom layer and a permeable asphalt surface layer. The tamped soil layer is laid in the original soil layer, the gravel layer is laid on the tamped soil layer, the permeable cement concrete layer is laid on the gravel layer, and the dense asphalt bottom layer is laid on the permeable cement concrete layer. According to the municipal rainwater permeation device disclosed in the invention, the permeable pavement is adopted, rainwater permeates easily, rainwater can be prevented from being gathered on the pavement, the problem of pavement water gathering is solved, and in match with a rainwater collecting device, the rainwater permeating into the pavement can be gathered, the situation that the rainwater is difficult to drain and accordingly the rainwater reversely permeates into the pavement and affects the road surface due to the fact that the rainwater is too much is avoided, the concentrated rainwater can be used for irrigation and greening, and resources are reasonably utilized.
