I-shaped truss girder, truss girder bridge and construction method
The invention discloses an I-shaped truss girder which comprises an I-shaped concrete girder body, steel base plates and transverse splicing bolts. Longitudinal screw hole channels are formed in two ends of the I-shaped concrete beam body. The steel base plates are arranged on side surfaces of the two ends of the I-shaped concrete beam body, and the transverse splicing bolts transversely penetratethrough the I-shaped concrete beam body and the steel base plates on the two sides. The truss girder bridge comprises I-shaped truss girders, transverse splicing T-shaped steel, prefabricated bridgedecks, concrete wet joints, a pavement layer and connecting screws. The I-shaped truss beams are arranged in a matrix shape, are transversely connected with the transverse splicing bolts through the transverse splicing T-shaped steel, and are longitudinally connected through connecting screw rods; and the prefabricated bridge decks are laid between the I-shaped truss beams, the prefabricated bridge decks form a whole body by pouring the concrete wet joints, and the pavement layer is laid on the prefabricated bridge decks to form a bridge deck. The invention further discloses a construction method of the truss girder bridge. The invention has advantages of light self-weight, high connection strength, a high spanning capacity, convenience in construction and the like.
本发明公开了一种I形桁架梁,包括I形混凝土梁体、钢垫板和横向拼接螺栓;I形混凝土梁体的两端设置有纵向的螺杆孔道;钢垫板设置在I形混凝土梁体两端的侧面,横向拼接螺栓横穿I形混凝土梁体和两侧的钢垫板。本发明公开的桁架梁桥,包括I形桁架梁、横向拼接T形钢、预制桥面板、混凝土湿接缝、铺装层和连接螺杆;多个I形桁架梁矩阵形排列,横向通过横向拼接T形钢与横向拼接螺栓相连接,纵向通过连接螺杆相连接;预制桥面板铺设在I形桁架梁之间,各预制桥面板间通过浇筑混凝土湿接缝形成整体,铺装层铺设在预制桥面板的上面形成桥面。本发明还公开了该桁架梁桥的施工方法。本发明具有自重轻,连接强度高,跨越能力大,施工方便等优点。
