The invention discloses a system for regulating and controlling the truss node position of a steel-concrete composite truss bridge. The system comprises a node elevation observation device, a node elevation analysis device and a plurality of node position regulation and control devices, wherein the node elevation observation device comprises an electronic level gauge and a plurality of elevation measuring points; and the node position regulation and control device comprises a pre-welding cross beam, a support, a hydraulic jack and a hydraulic system. The system has the advantages that comparedwith the existing construction technology, the system can effectively reduce manual errors through electronic reading; after the node elevation analysis device receives the truss node elevation, thehydraulic jack is directly controlled to regulate and control the node position, and the construction efficiency is improved; the systemcan be used for accurate positioning of the nodes in the truss splicing process and fine adjustment of the positions of the nodes after splicing is completed, truss node positioning errors can be effectively reduced, the truss splicing precision is improved, and the bridge forming state of a combined bridge better meets the design requirement.
