Thedevice comprises a chassis, a hollow stand column is arranged above the chassis, a top plate is rotationally connected above the stand column, and an electronic screen is arranged above the top plate;a hollow rotating shaft is arranged in the middle of the stand column, the lower end of the rotating shaft is connected with a motor through a gear, the upper end of the rotating shaft is connected with the top plate through a clutch, the motor drives the top plate to rotate, the top plate is hollow, a driving lever connected with the rotating shaft is arranged in the top plate, a gong is fixed in the top plate, a knocking rod is arranged between the gong and the rotating shaft, the middle section of the knocking rod is rotationally fixed in the top plate, and the driving lever drives the knocking rod to knock the gong to give an alarm. The device is ingenious in structure, early warning can be conducted in advance when pedestrians and vehicles enter, traffic accidents caused by untimelyresponse are avoided, smooth construction is guaranteed, resources can be saved, and waste is avoided.
