Wind power enables the driving blades to obtain power, the adjusting mechanism is used for controlling opening and closing of one face of the dust inlet, the opening and closing mode is based on a wind direction, the opening and closing speed is based on a wind speed, the dust inlets are used for sucking dust at the inner side and the outer side of the pavement, the structure is simple, and practicability is high.
