The invention discloses an oil-water separation device for oil pumping sewage. The oil-water separation device comprises a water pumping box. A water pumping pipeline with openings formed in the rightend and the lower end is arranged at the left end of the water pumping box. A water pumping box right cavity with a leftward opening is formed in the right end of the water pumping box. The upper endof the water pumping pipeline is fixedly connected with a large motor. The lower end of the large motor is rotationally connected with an output shaft. The lower end of the output shaft is fixedly connected with a driving wheel. A connecting block is arranged right opposite to the lower end of the driving wheel. The lower end of the connecting block is fixedly connected with a water pumping rotary shaft. The lower end of the water pumping rotary shaft is fixedly connected with fan blades. The lower end of the connecting block is connected with a cam in a contact manner. The water pumping boxcan be moved to a place where oil sewage needs to be treated through wheels, water pumping and oil removing can be carried out simultaneously, leaking oil is collected again, then clean water is drained, and therefore the oil and the water continue to be used after separation is completed; and water pumping and oil removing are carried out simultaneously, labor is saved, time is shortened, the internal oil quantity can be seen, and the separated oil can be taken out.
