The invention relates to an integrated locking device for a cantilever beam gear rack of an ocean platform. The integrated locking device is integrated with a cantilever beam pushing function and a locking function, and mainly comprises a pushing oil cylinder, a drive pawl, a drive rack, reversing gears, a driven rack, a driven pawl and a gear pedestal.
