Inclinometer casing repair device
The invention discloses an inclinometer casing repair device. The device comprises a device body, a first connecting part, two detection wheels, a take up and pay off mechanism, a second connecting part, a heating device and a heating wheel, a first strip hole and a second strip hole are formed in the front and the back of the device body correspondingly, the first connecting part is mounted in the first strip hole, the two ends of the first connecting part are located on the two sides of the first strip hole correspondingly, the two detection wheels are mounted at two ends of the first connecting part correspondingly, the take up and pay off mechanism is located in the device body and is connected with the first connecting part, the second connecting part is mounted in the second strip hole, the outer end of the second connecting part is located on one side of the second strip hole, the heating device is mounted on the second connecting part, and the heating wheel is mounted on the outer end of the second connecting part. The detection wheels are mounted on the front portion of the device body, the size of a connecting gap between two adjacent inclinometer casings can be detected,through the heating wheel on the rear portion of the device body, the gap is subjected to heating treatment, the structure is changed, an inclinometry probe can smoothly pass through the portion formeasuring, and secondary construction burying of the inclinometer casings is not needed.
本发明公开了一种测斜管修复装置,包括装置本体,其上前后分别开设有第一条形孔和第二条形孔;第一连接件,设置在第一条形孔内,两端分别位于第一条形孔的两侧;两个检测轮,两个检测轮分别安装在第一连接件的两端;收放机构,位于装置本体内部,且与第一连接件连接;第二连接件,设置在第二条形孔内,且其外端位于第二条形孔的一侧;加热装置,设置在第二连接件上;及加热轮,安装在第二连接件的外端;本发明通过在装置本体前部设置检测轮,可以检测相邻两根测斜管的连接部缝隙的大小,再通过设置在装置本体后部的加热轮对该缝隙处进行加热处理,改变该处的结构,使测斜探头可以顺利通过该部位进行测量,不再需要二次施工埋设测斜管。
